Hopefully you know that Yorkshrie Slalom also run races:
- Abbey Rapids Div 1/2 – 30 & 31 August
- Tees Barrage P/1 – 11 & 12 October
(We also used to run the Washburn races, and hopefully will again one day)
These bring in funds to help support and develop the sport in the region, but need everyone to come along and help run these – please put these dates in your calendar and come along to help.
For Abbey Rapids, there is nothing there so we are also going to be on site from Wednesday to start putting the course infrastructure up for the race, and at Tees w are there friday afternoon to set up the course, so anyone who can help on those dates are very wlecome
